How long is the warranty period and what is covered by the warranty ?
All our watches do come with a minimum warranty of 2 years and it covers all mechanical defects which are existent when shipping the watch and are caused by a wrong assembly or a defective movement. Defects caused by wrong manipulation are not covered. Wrong manipulations can be (…listing not complete…): Let the watch fall to the ground, other hits, scratches and any signs of wear and usage. Every watch returned will be inspected by our watchmaking team and based on the inspections we will decide if the damage is under warrany or not.
What defects are not covered by the warranty?
Damage caused by improper, excessive or unusual use.
How does the return process work?
Do you have a problem with your watch and you would like to get it inspected or you do have technical questions? That’s absolutely no problem, no matter where you are in the world.
Just send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you asap with support and if needed, shipping instructions. If a repair is necessary and if this repair is under warranty, we will of course cover the shipping costs for back and return.
Is worldwide shipping included in the sales price?
Yes it is. No matter where you are in the world, the standard shipping with regular mail service is included. If you would like to get your watch shipped by courrier, please do add the “courrier” shipping to your cart.
Important Notice: VAT, costs for customs service or other costs and taxes related to the import and tax regulations of each country outside of Switzerland have to be covered by the customer.
How does the pre-order work? Do I have to pay upfront?
For the launch of some of our watches, we work with pre-orders. You will see if a watch is on pre-order on the actual product page.
If there is a button “preorder” this means that for the moment we do accept pre-orders until we have reached the necessary numbers of pre orders to start the production of the watches.
Until we have reached this number, which is 200 watches in total, your credit card or your bank account will not be charged. Before we do so, we will send you an e-mail to let you know. But please be aware that your pre-order is binding.
If there is a “order now” button, this means that the watch is available now.
Is there a return policy?
Yes, you have the possibility to return your watch within 7 days after receipt. The date of dispatch of the return applies. After receipt of the watch, we will check it and if it has been returned to us technically flawless and without signs of use, we will refund you the purchase price.
How long is the delivery time?
For watches on stock:
5 to 10 working days.
For watches not on stock:
As soon as we do reach the necessary number of pre-orders we will start to collect the payments and start production immediately. From that day on it will take approx. 90 days to produce your watch. We do not produce in masses and so quality needs its time.
